在高等教育大众化进程中,随着高等教育的规模扩展,出现了大学生就业难的现象,有人认为我国已经出现了教育过度,但事实上我国高等教育整体上是教育不足,只是局部的相对过度。即便如此,也应引起关注,加紧应对,要充分发挥政府的政策导向和宏观调控作用,改革户籍制度,建立完善的劳动力市场。

Some people think that over-education has appeared in China. The article holds that education in China is inadequate on the whole and over-education exists only in some regions.
