浅谈班级管理中的“无为”管理艺术

Tentative Discussion on the "Noninterference" Art in the Management of Classes

我国古代传统文化中孔子和老子的“无为”管理思想使我们对班级管理有了一个新的思考角度。现代教育理论要求发挥教师的主导作用,保证学生的主体地位,实现学生的自我教育。班级管理中“无为”教育的目的,正是提高受教育者的悟性,通过教育者的“无为”,促使受教育者的有为。

Chinese traditional “noninterference” management thought of the Laozi and Confucius provides a new angle for the management of classes. The modern educational theory demand teachers to play a guide role in class, at the same time protect the students＇ major role thus to realize the students＇ selfteach. The aim of “noninterference” education in class management is just to improve the comprehension of the educated, through “noninterference” method of the educations to promote the students＇ activities.
