A Study on the Preparation of A Black Dye for Thermal Transfer Printing on Cotton Fabrics

用分散紫RL与二茂铁在四甲基溴化铵的催化下合成了一种棉织物热转印用黑色染料。产率为42％,皂洗牢度可达3-4级。

A black dye for thermal transfer printing on cotton was synthesized by the Gomberg-Bachmann Reaction using C.I. Disperse Violet 28 to react with ferrocene in the presence of tetramethyl ammonium bromide as a phase transfer catalyst. The yield was 42% and washing fasmess was 3-4.
