本文简要地论述了不同的国家和地区的输配电市场的一些特点和要求,提出了拓展输配电国外市场的必须进行的一些基础工作,并对开展国外输配电工程总承包(EPC)项目的相关问题进行了探讨.

This paper has discussed requirement and the characteristic of different country and the market of power transmission and distribution of region briefly, has put forward some basic works of extending the foreign market of power transmission and distribution that must go on, and some problems have been discussed for developing the foreign project of power transmission and distribution（EPC） project.
