摘要
介绍了国产碳纤维规模化生产及应用需要注意的问题,着重提出了质量稳定性、工艺性能、上浆剂等方面的要求,指出力学性能是基础,T300的水平是底线。力学性能稳定性是关键;抗拉强度、弹性模量和线密度的离散系数要小。工艺性能是规模化应用的前提;连续长度相等、毛丝少、无毛团、上浆剂及其质量分数应适应不同成型工艺和树脂基体。可接受的价格是扩大应用的条件;性/价比要适当。
An introduction of large scale manufacturing and applications of domestic carbon fiber is presented. There are a number of concerns, such as quality issue, technical performance and glue etc. As being stated, mechanical properties are important, T300 is the bottom line. Mechanical stabilization is the key issue as well, such as tensile strength, tensile modulus and string density. As far as large scale applications of carbon fiber are concerned, one of the most important issues is the mechanical properties of composites, such as, equal continuous length, no misoriented fibres or strings, compatibility of glue with different manufacturing process and different resins. The other highlighted issue is the cost, which potentially influences the further applications of composites.
