激光拉曼光谱(LRS)可用来研究碳纤维和石墨纤维的结构。单晶石墨在1580cm(G线)只有一条谱带,对于多晶碳纤维在1355cm(D线)处还可观察到另一条谱带。这归因于结晶尺寸效应。两者的相对强度比取决于热处理温度(HTT)。随着的提高,所得碳纤维具有小的值和大的。与之间存在线性关系,可用来表征碳纤维的结构。
Laser raman spectrum(LRS) were studied on structure of carbon and graphite fibres. A single raman band has been observed at 1 580cm^-1 (G-line) in single crystale of graphite, in polycrystalline carbon fibres an additional band war observed at 1 355cm^-1 (D-line) and attributed to a crystalline size effect. The relative intensity ratio (R) of the 1 360cm^-1 and to the 1 580cm^-1 graphite band depend on the heat-treatment temperatue (HTT). The increase in the HTT, yields a carbon fibres with small R and larger crystallite unitsLa. A linear relation is found between R and La for the carbon fibres.
