摘要
生态经济系统是一个复杂的系统,可持续的发展,科学技术的进步与人类文明素质的不断提升则使生态经济的发展成为可能。生态伦理学是出现于20世纪60至70年代的一门新兴学科,其产生具有一定的历史必然性。把伦理从人类社会领域扩展到了包括自然在内的整个生态范围。如何现实地构建生态伦理学自身的规范体系成为更具有挑战性的课题。
The ecological economy system is a complicated system, and the sustainable development, scientific technology progress and enhancement of human being civilization quality make the ecological economy development possible. The ecological philosophy is a newly rising subject originated from 1960s and 1970s of 21th century, and its existence implies the historic trend.
