生态环境是人类生存和发展的基本条件。保护和建设好生态环境,是实现经济社会可持续发展的迫切要求,也是一个地区可持续发展的重要内容。文章从伊金霍洛旗实际出发,以生态效益、经济效益、社会效益有序配置和高度统一,统筹考虑生态环境与经济社会的发展,并提出了有效的建设和保护措施。
The ecological environment is the basic condition of existence and development of human being. The conservation and construction of ecological environment is urgent to realize the economic and social sustainable development and is also a important content for sustainable development of one region. Based on the practical situation of Yi Jin Huo Le Banner, the unified coordination of ecological benefit, economic benefit and social benefit are considered, the effective measures of eonsmaction and conservation are put forward.
