银杏内酯对培养的皮层神经元的影响及机制

摘要 目的:探讨银杏内酯(Gin)对体外培养的皮层神经元的影响及机制。方法:用Gin处理皮层神经元,以细胞活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、促红细胞生成素(EPO)的表达为指标。结果:经Gin处理的神经元,胞体饱满,突起变粗变长,细胞活性明显升高,MDA含量降低,EPO表达显著上升。结论:Gin对神经元生长有营养保护作用,其机制可能与提高神经元EPO表达水平,增强神经元抗氧化能力有关。 Objective: To explore the effects of ginkgolides (Gin) on cultured cortical neurons and to approach the mechanisms. Methods: Using Gin treated cortical neurons, the cellular viabilities, MDA contents and the expression of erythropoietin (EPO) of neurons were studied. Results: MDA contents were attenuated, and the expression of EPO and cellular viabilities were increased markedly in neurons treated with Gin. The bodies of neurons were full and the processes became thicker and longer than those in the control group. Conclusions: Gin had conspicuous nutritious and protective effects on neurons,the effect may be related to its functions of raising the level of EPO and enhancing the anti-oxidative abilities of neurons.
