神经导航系统在神经外科“锁眼”手术中的应用

摘要 目的:将神经导航系统与神经外科“锁眼”技术相结合,使微创技术更完美。方法:对18例脑瘤患者进行3mm层厚的CT或1mm层厚MR扫描,利用导航工作站进行术前计划、切口设计、术中指示病灶部位及重要颅内结构。结果:所有病灶定位准确,误差1~3mm,全切14例,次全切除1例,大部分切除3例。术后神经功能保留良好。结论:神经导航系统与神经外科“锁眼”技术的有机结合,具有定位更准确,病灶全切率高,功能损害小等特点。
