后路AF内固定系统治疗胸腰椎不稳定性骨折

摘要 目的:总结AF椎弓根内固定系统治疗胸腰椎骨折的效果。方法:对55例胸腰椎骨折脱位的患者,采用AF椎弓根内固定系统进行复位固定,同时作关节突及横突间植骨融合。对合并神经压迫症状者选择性椎管减压。结果:所有病例术后椎体高度、后凸畸形及神经功能均有明显改善。结论:AF内固定系统是治疗胸腰段不稳定骨折的理想内固定方法之一,但对椎管前方明显骨块压迫的病例,要慎重选择。
