随着卒中患者存活率的提高,人们不仅关心卒中患者躯体功能的恢复,而且也越来越强调情感、交流、记忆和思维以及社会参与等方面的恢复,即生活质量的改善。健康相关性生活质量不仅能评价卒中的相关损害,而且还能评价卒中的转归。进行生活质量临床研究的主要工具是量表,国外已制定各种类型的量表并对其相应的信度、效度和敏感度进行了系统的评价。对卒中存活者生活质量影响因素的研究有利于指导康复和全面改善患者的生活质量。
