植物抗氧化物抗动脉粥样硬化的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 动脉粥样硬化是心脑血管病的主要病理学基础,其发生、发展与氧化损伤和脂质代谢紊乱密切相关。近年来,随着氧化损伤与动脉粥样硬化关系的深入研究,有关抗氧化剂抗动脉粥样硬化的作用和机制的研究报道日益增多。文章就植物抗氧化物抗动脉粥样硬化的研究进展做了综述。 Atherosclerosis is the major pathological basis of the cardio-cerebrovascular diseases. Its occurrence and development is closely associated with oxidative lesion arid abnormality of lipidmetabolism. Recently, with the relationship between oxidative lesion and atherosclerosis being lucubrated, study reports on the effect and mechanism of antiatherosclerosis of phytoantioxidants are increasing. This article reviews the recent advances in research on antiatherosclerosis of phytoantioxidants.
