Discussion about the Law System of Environmental Monitoring

本文在概述我国环境监测法律体系的基础上,提出了环境监测法律体系急需完善的主要问题,并就如何利用环境监测法律知识促进环境监测的发展提出了几点建议。

In this paper, the law system of environmental monitoring was described, some problems to be solved necessarily were put forward. Finally, a series of counter - measures and policies for developing environmental monitoring was recommended.
