Synthesis of Fructone-A

苹果酯-A广泛应用于花香型,果香型香精的调制,国内的需求量非常大。利用乙酰乙酸乙酯和乙二醇在对甲苯磺酸的催化下缩合,用甲苯作为带水剂制得苹果酯—A,产率约为87.0%,纯度为98.6%。

Fructone was apple flavour, now is widely applied in many aspects, as in food flavors and perfumes. It＇s largely required in the domestic markets. Fmctone was synthesized by ethyl acetoacetic ester and glycol under condition of toluene sulfonic acid and toluene as solvent. The product was confirmed by it＇s IR and gas spectra.
