摘要
通过对深圳市新洲河污染与生态破坏的现状及其原因分析,在将河流水系及其流域地区统一纳入一个生态系统来考虑的基础上,提出了综合整治目标、主要工程措施和关键技术。
Based on analyzing the cause of Xinzhou river heavy pollution and ecological destroy, a collectivity idea is put forward that it should stress recovering and rebuilding ecosystem. The goal, engineering measures of the integrated administer and pivotal technologies are confirmed.
