正常人清醒和催眠状态下痛阈的自身对照研究

A self comparison of the pain threshold of healthy people in the alert state and hypnotic state

目的研究健康正常人催眠静息状态和清醒安静状态痛阈差异,以及催眠敏感性与痛阈和痛阈变化的相关性。方法用痛阈测试仪分别测定清醒安静状态和催眠静息状态的痛阈,比较两者的差异;用斯坦福敏感性量表C式测试受使者的敏感性。结果催眠静息状态的痛阈明显高于清醒安静状态的痛阈(P=0．018);催眠敏感性与催眠静息状态痛阈和痛阈变化成正相关(P<0．01)。结论催眠静息状态时的痛阈明显提高,痛阈增高可以作为催眠状态界定的一个客观指标。

Objective： To study the difference of pain threshold of healthy people in the alert state and hypnotic resting state , and the relationship of susceptibility to the baseline pain threshold and the change of pain threshold were analyzed. Methods： Healthy people underwent the assessments of susceptibility with Stanford Hypnotic Susceptibility Scale - C and pain threshold at the alert state, and pain threshold measurement at the hypnotic state . with the pain threshold machine. Their pain thresholds were compared between the two states,. Results.Pain threshold at hypnotic state was significantly increased when compared with that at alert state（ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the susceptibility was positively correlated to the baseline pain threshold and the change of pain threshold （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Pain threshold at hypnotic state was significantly increased. Increasing pain threshold may be regarded as an objective index at hypnotic state.
