摘要
作业环境研究是人机工程学的一个重要方面.在全面分析采场作业环境可靠性影响因素的基础上,运用模糊数学中的综合评判法建立了作业环境可靠性评价模式.将环境系统可靠性分为6个级别,并建立了相应的隶属函数.以铜陵冬瓜山铜矿为实例,对其采场作业环境的可靠性进行了模糊综合评判.评判结果表明,该矿采场作业环境的可靠性属于第3级,有待进一步提高.指出了作业环境可靠性不高的主要原因,并提出了相应的改进措施.表2,参10.
Study of working environment is an important aspect in ergonomics. On the basis of fully analyzing the influencing factors relating to reliability of stope working environment, the reliability evaluation mode of working environment was set up by comprehensive judgement method which belonged to fuzzy mathematics. The reliability of environment system was divided into 6 classes, and the relevant membership functions were derived. As an example, the reliability of stope working environment in Tangling Dongguashan Copper Mine was evaluated. The evaluating result shows that the reliability of working environment in the mine belongs to the third class, and the reliability needs enhancing. Subsequently, the main reasons that resulted in lower reliability are pointed out, and the relevant improving approachs are put forward.2figs.,10refs.
