齿面修形量大小及修形部位选择一直是齿轮研究的热点问题之一.从弹性共轭啮合理论出发,利用有限元法对电动轮行星轮系太阳轮在不同齿顶修形量条件下的齿面接触强度进行分析,揭示齿面接触应力和变形随修形量的变化规律.图5,参7.
The influences of the error of installation and manufacturing and the elastic deformation on the teeth am the key problems. The influence of tooth profile modification of heavy load gears on the work teeth was studied based on the theory of elastic meshing. The contact strengths with different profile modification were contrasted. After analyzing the contact stress trend by using the finite element method, it is obviously that the contact status of gears can be improved to a great degree. 5figs., 7refs.
