聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵与聚合硫酸铁复合絮凝剂的制备及絮凝性能研究 被引量:12

摘要 在一定温度下,将聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDMDAAC)溶解在聚合硫酸铁(PFS)中,制成稳定均相复合溶液考察了温度、PDMDAAC的特性粘数对复合絮凝剂制备的影响,及复合絮凝剂对硅藻土模拟悬浊液的除浊性能和絮体ζ电位变化,结果表明:在60℃下制备的液体复合絮凝剂具有良好的稳定性;与PFS和PDMDAAC比较,PDMDAAC-PFS复合絮凝剂具有更优的除浊性能,及与PFS类似的较宽的最佳投药范围和pH适用范围;增效的原因,除增强电中和、吸附架桥和卷扫絮凝作用外,还有特性吸附和专属化学作用,图6,参9。 The stable homogeneous phase composite flocculant solution of poly(dimethyldiallylammonium chloride)- polyferric sulfate (PDMDAAC - PFS) was prepared by dissolving PDMDAAC in PFS solution at a certain temperature. The effects of temperature and intrinsic viscosity of PDMDAAC on the preparation of liquid composite flocculant, and the removal rates of turbidity for diatomite suspension and the zeta potential changes of floccule were investigated. The results showd that liquid composite flocculant prepared under 60℃ have a good stability. The composite flocculant have better removal rates for turbidity than PFS and PDMDAAC, and wide optimum dosing and suitable pH ranges like PFS. Besides charge neutralization, adsorption-bridge formation and sweep-floc action enhancing, there are still specific adsorption and exclusive chemical action for its synergism. 6figs., 9refs.
