摘要
对和平与发展相互关系问题所作的丰富而又科学的论述,是邓小平国际战略思想的重要内容之一。他认为,和平是发展的前提,发展是和平的基础和保障。实现世界的和平与发展必须坚持以和平共处五项原则为基础,建立国际政治经济新秩序。
It is one of the principal ideas in Deng Xiaoping＇ s strategic thinking on international relations to expound scientifically on the relationship between peace and develpoment. According to him, peace is the premise for development, and development,in return, is the base sefeguard for peace. World peace and development will not be possible without a new international economic and political order based on the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence.
