摘要
利用温度梯度法在国产六面顶压机上合成优质Ⅱa型宝石级金刚石。除氮剂T i(Cu)的加入使合成金刚石的温度区间变窄且晶体生长更易俘获金属包裹体,通过采用稳定的组装、降低生长速度而获得了优质Ⅱa型金刚石大单晶。
High-quality type-Ⅱa gem diamonds were synthesized by means of temperature gradient method in a China-made cubic hinge press under high temperature and high pressure. While the nitrogen getter Ti (Cu) is added the temperature-range of the synthesized diamonds become narrow and the process is liable to trap the metal inclusions in the crystals. We acquired the high-quality type-Ⅱa gem diamonds by growing diamonds with stable assembly and at low growth rate.
