摘要
采用分析转移矩阵方法(ATMM)研究了多沟道平板光波导的模式特性,导出了任意多层平板波导和多沟道波导的TM模的色散方程.
In the paper, the characteristics of Multi-ditch planer optical waveguide is investigated with the Analytic Transfer Matrix Method （ATMM） . The TM mode dispersion equatious of arbitrary multi-layer planar optical waveguide and multi-ditch optical waveguide is obtained by the ATMM.
