摘要 研究了(Ni P)PTFE化学复合镀工艺,讨论了镀液中表面活性剂、PTFE微粒、温度以及pH值等参数对镀层中PTFE微粒沉积量的影响规律,在此基础上,对(Ni P)PTFE化学复合镀工艺参数进行优化,获得了最佳的工艺参数。 The investigation on electroless (Ni-P)-PTFE composite plating is focused. The effects of surfactant and PTFE, temperature and pH value on the deposition behaviour of electroless composite coatings are discussed in detail. On this basis, the process parameters are optimised and the optimum parameters are found.
