摘要 利用失重法研究了盐酸溶液中各类缓蚀剂对锌的缓蚀作用。结果表明,在盐酸介质中对锌起缓蚀作用的化合物主要是有机物,但缓蚀率不佳。实验发现,在0.8 mol/L的盐酸溶液中丙炔醇、碘化钾和季铵盐的协同作用对锌具有很强的缓蚀作用,并对缓蚀剂在不同浓度、不同温度条件下的缓蚀效果进行比较,得出缓蚀剂最佳配比和最佳使用条件。 The effects of various corrosion inhibitors for zinc in hydrochloric acid are studied by welght-loss method. The results show that the main corrosion inhibiting elements in the compounds used for zinc in hydrochloric acid are organic substances lint with poor effect. It is found in the experiments that the synergetic effect of propiolic alcohol, potassium iodide and quaternary ammonium salt has a good corrosion inhibition for zinc in 0.8mol/L hydrochloric acid. The efficiencies of different corrosion inhibitons at different temperatures and in different concentrations are compared separately, obtaining the optimal proportions and applying conditions for the corrosion inhibitors.
