神经病理性痛大鼠脊髓背角神经元凋亡及Bax和Bcl-2的表达 被引量：3

摘要 早期的组织学研究表明外周神经损伤后脊髓背角抑制性中间神经元可发生跨突触变性死亡[1],近年的研究采用末端生脱氧核糖核苷酸转移酶介导生物素标记(TUNEL)技术证实凋亡是外周神经损伤后脊髓神经元死亡的重要方式[2].
