摘要
电力企业的信息化建设需要进行基建期MIS和生产期MIS的合理规划,做到二者的无缝化移植,避免重复投资;需要进行SIS系统与底层数据(DCS、辅网、NCS)的单向数据安全传输规划和应用;需要进行整个局域网的网络安全规划和应用,以此提高企业绩效。
