摘要
针对300MW火力发电机组原锅炉吹灰控制系统存在的联锁回路复杂、故障频繁等问题,阐述了对该系统进行改进的必要性。并结合生产实际提出两种可行方案,通过对这两种方案的优缺点比较,最终确定了改为XDPS400分散控制系统的方案。在确保实现原有功能的前提下,大大提高了锅炉吹灰系统的可靠性和自动化程度,为300MW及以上机组锅炉吹灰控制系统的改进提供了参考。
Aiming at the problems of interlock circuit complex and faults frequent of the origin boiler sool blowing control system for 300MW generation unit, elaborates the necessity of improvement. By compaaring two kinds of feasibility schemes, finally confirms XDPS400 distributed control system, which increase reliability and automation and provide reference for improvement of boiler soot blowing control system for above 300MW generation unit.
