早期联合应用认知治疗及药物治疗脑卒中后抑郁状态30例分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的观察脑卒中后抑郁状态早期进行认知治疗结合药物干预的疗效。方法选择60例脑卒中急性期并发抑郁状态的患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组应用认知治疗及药物(氟西汀)治疗,对照组单用认知治疗。每组分别于用药前及治疗后4周、8周行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定。结果治疗后4周实验组HAMD评分较对照组低,两组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗后8周实验组HAMD评分较对照组低,两组间比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论早期联合应用认知治疗及药物治疗脑卒中后抑郁状态优于单用药物治疗。
