his study introdticed the fundamentals of the immobilized enzyme biosensor technique in detection of plasmalactate and evaluated this techinique methodologically. 50 normal children's plasma lactate was tested.Results showedthat the normal plasmd lactate reference level was Coefficient of variation 1.27-2.10%,rate of recovery 99.2-102.3%,linearity range 0-3.0 mmol/ L were obtained within the same hatch with this in-strument.It has manifested such advantages as quiekness,accuracy,high specificity as well as process automation.
