胰十二指肠切除并发胰瘘的预防

PREVNTION OF PANCREATIC FISTULA AFTER PANCREATICODUENECTOMY

１９６１年７月～１９９４年７月，本组行胰十二指扬切除６９例，并发胰瘘９例，发生率为１３．０４％。住院期死亡８例，死亡率为１１．５９％，其中胰瘘死亡４例，占全组死亡病例５０％。１９８５年以后，由于操作技术的改善及围手术期处理的加强，使发生后率由２３．５３％降至２．８６％，发生后死亡率由５０％降至０％。

ancmeticoduedenectomy was performed on 69 patients from July 1961 to July 1994.The total mortality was11.59%。The incidence of pancreatic fistula was 13.04% with 4 deaths,constituting 50% of the total moralitieswith the improvement of surgical skills and the intensification of perioperative cares. The incidence of pacreati fistulahas been decreased from 23.5% to 2.86% with no death since 1985.The method of prevention of prevention of pancreatic fistula after Pancimticoduodenectomy was discussed.
