冻疮搽剂药效学实验研究

EXPEKIMENTAL STUDY ON PHARMACO-DYNAMICS OF FROSTBITE LINIMENT

含生药量分别为２５％和１２．５％的冻疮搽剂降低小鼠炎症性耳肿胀分别为８．７±３．３和９．９±４．２μｇ，对照组为１３．８±２．８ｍｇ（Ｐ＜０．０５或０．０１）；提高豚鼠对组胺的致痒阈分别为２７０．５±２９．４和９４．０±４１．６μｇ，对照组为３０．０±２９．４μｇ（Ｐ＜０．０１）；拮抗炎性刺激所致毛细血管通透性吸光度分别为０．１１±０．０３和０．１３±０．０３，对照组为０．２２±０．０３（Ｐ＜０．０１）；消除大鼠蛋清所致脚趾肿胀，６ｈ末分别为０．１１±０．０８和０．１３±０．１３ｃｍ￣３，与对照组０．３５±０．１２ｃｍ￣３均有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）．结果表明冻疮搽剂具有广泛的药理作用，是治疗冻疮的有效制剂。

e have tested therapoutic effect of frostbite liniinent(FL).Single dose of FL containing 25 % or 12.5% of medicinal herh respectively decreased significandntly the mouse ear weights reated to the cutaneous inflammatory re-action induced by dimetliyl benzene,the ear weights of trated groups were 8.7±3.3mg of 9.9±4.2mg respective-ly, and that of control group was 13.8±2. 8mg(P < 0.05 or 0.01),TWO doses of FL containging 25% or 12.5%medicinal herb respectively increased the amounts of histamine required to prvooke itching respones on the foot of guinea pig by 270.5 ± 29.4or 94 ± 41.6μg, as compaeed with 30± 29.4mg of control group(all <0.01),FL also in-hibited swelling of hind psws induced by egg prDtein in rats,and their effective time lasted over 6 hours(P<0.01)Three doses of FL containing 25 % of 1 2.5 % of medicinal herb respectively decreased the ioflammatory capillary permeability by 0. 11 ± 0.03 or 0.13 ± 0.03(A value)in the mouse,control mouse 0.23 ± 0.03(all P<0 .01)These exporiments show that FL has extensive phannacological effects and is an effective preparation for thechiblain
