摘要 在稻水象甲取食选择性试验中,水稻品种IR16与抗虫品种T03差异极显著,确定品种IR16为感虫品种。通过测定各品种水稻叶片的物理性状和营养成分含量,研究其与稻水象甲对不同水稻品种取食选择性的关系。结果表明,稻水象甲对叶脉间距小、硅化细胞数目多的品种取食选择性差;对叶片含水量高、可溶性还原糖含量高的品种取食选择性强;叶片总糖、各类蛋白质含量与稻水象甲的取食选择性无关。 In feeding selectivity test, the resistance between IR16 variety and T03 (resistance) variety was significant difference, which showed that IR16 variety was a susceptible variety. Physical and chemical factors of various rice leaves were determined, and the relationship between these factors and the feeding selectivity of the rice water weevil on different variety rice was studied. It was concluded that the rice water weevil did not prefer to feed on the shorter distance between nervures or the more silica cells of leaves, but preferred the higher water content or the higher reducing sugar content in leaves of rice varieties. Total sugar and protein content in leaves of rice varieties did not correlate with feeding selectivity.
