同轴切割针在CT引导下经皮穿刺活检中的应用

Apply analysis of CT-guided percutaneous puncture biopsy with coaxial cutting needle

目的评价同轴切割针在螺旋CT引导下经皮穿刺活检的应用价值。方法经影像检查仍然难以定性诊断的31例胸腹部肿块运用同轴切割针在CT引导下行穿刺活检术。结果穿刺成功率100%,诊断率93.6%,并发症较少。结论运用同轴切割针在螺旋CT引导下行经皮穿刺活检术具有阳性率和诊断正确率高的特点,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the value of coaxial cutting needle in percutangous puncture biopsy gutded by CT. Methods 31 cases couldn＇t be comfired by imagine exams were punctured biopsy with coaxial cutting needle. Results Puncture successful rate is 100 %. Diagnosis rate is 93.6 %.There were few complications. Conclusion It has higher positive rate＇and diagnosis accuracy of using coaxial cutting needle in percutaneous puncture biopsy guided by spiral CT to parenchymatous. So it has great value in clinial application.
