摘要
采用8种限制性内切酶与246个已定位到水稻12条染色体上分子探针组合,对典型籼稻南京11和粳稻金南凤 M 以及中间型品种 Bellemont,三者之间存在的复等位基因进行了分析,结果发现:21个探针在三者之间显示出复等位基因,除第8、12染色体上没有发现复等位基因外,其余染色体都在1~3个之间,根据揭示复等位限制性内切酶的数量,将其形成原因分成两大类.本文还讨论了应用 RFLP 复等位基因研究籼梗分化的可能性。
Using 246 RFLP markers mapped on 12 rice chromosomes combined with 8 restriction enzymes,the multiple allelism were analyzed in Nanjingll(indica),Kinmaze M mutant(japonica)and Bellemont(intermediate type).21 RFLP probes showed multiple allelism among these varieties.These probes were distribuled on 10 chromosomes except chromosome 8 and 12.Based on the numbers of re- striction enzyme detecting RFLPs,the cause of multiple allelism could be classfied into two categories. The probability of multiple allelic probes for identifying indica and japonica rice are discussed.
