双孢蘑菇大田中棚地栽高产高效的理论依据(英文) 被引量:1

摘要 双孢蘑菇大田中棚地栽已在我省推广三千多亩,成为蘑菇主要栽培方式之一。本文报道该菇大田中棚地栽高产高效的理论依据:主要是温度和湿度较符合出菇要求,尤其是出菇后期中棚内白天温度达10℃以上的时数比菇房平均多4小时,从而增加后期产量;出菇后几乎不需喷水,就能达到出菇时对空气湿度和覆土湿度的要求,因此,苗丝伤害少;培养料的湿度比较适宜,菌丝处于活跃生长状态,因此中棚内温、湿度较佳,从而表现为高产高效,而常规菇房保温保湿差,后期温度不合适,湿度也失去平衡,因此产量和效益均较低. The field cultivating of Agaricus bisporus under the middle-sized shed has amounted to 3800 mu(400 m^2 cultural area per mu,the same below)in Zhejiang Province which has become one of the most important cultivating systems.The theory on high efficiency of field cultivating is reported,which is that the temperature,relative humidity of air and water content of substrate are more suitable for fruiting in the field shed than that in mushroom house.The temperature variation in the field shed,especially in the later fruiting period is more significant.Temperature above 10℃ is more than 4h per day in the field she,d during 20th of November to 30th of December,which is favorable for fruiting.The watering in the field shed almost need not be done because the shed is much better in humidity-keeping capacity.The water content of the substrate in the field shed is always within the favorable ranges so the mycelium is ac- tive for ever.The field cultivating of Agaricus bisporus in the middle-sized shed can get much more yield and profit and has mostly been accepted by growers in the province.
