输卵管梗阻性不孕症的介入治疗(附135例报告)

The interventional therapy of the sterility of the fallopian tube obstrcution(135 cases)

目的:探讨采用自制同轴导管行输卵管梗阻介入治疗的疗效。方法:对135例患者进行选择性输卵管造影,明确梗阻部位后应用合适的导丝、导管行介入治疗术。结果:随访126例,54例宫内妊娠,5例宫外妊娠,1例宫内外同时妊娠,宫内妊娠率为43%。135例中有7例再次梗阻后复通,复通率为100%。结论:输卵管梗阻性不孕症的介入治疗是一种微创、安全、有效的方法。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical value of the treatment of the sterility of the fallopian tube obstruction with interventional therapy. Methods： 135 cases with tube obstruction were diagnosed by the selective salpingography and recanalizated with interventional therapy. Results： 126 cases had been followedup, 54 cases had intrauterine gestation, 5 cases extrauterine gestation and 1 case combined with intrauterine and extrauterine gestation. The rate of intrauterine gestation was 43%. 7 cases of 135 patients were treated again because of the tube reobstructed. The rate of tube recanalizated was 100%. Conclusion： it is a minimal invasion safe and efficiency procedure of the sterility of the fallopian tube obstruction with interventional therapy.
