摘要现代远程教育机构秉承新的教育观念和新的学习理念,依托互联网强大的交互性、自主性和个性化服务等技术优势,在借鉴传统教育的某些优秀教学管理模式和教学方法的基础上,对传统教育的弊端进行改造,建立没有围墙的新学校.现代远程教育不再"以教定学",不再直接塑造人、改造人,而是以教助学、按需助学,以个性化的服务帮助人.现代远程教育机构变成了个性化学习的服务中心,充分体现了以"学习者为主体"的理念.
