摘要
从信息学、知识学、资源学角度对知识经济的基本特征进行爬梳别抉,以达到认识上的深化,使人们如何能充分认识知识经济和如何辨析其特征,并进行深入挖潜.
The paper tried to analyze the basic characteristics of knowledgebased econmy from the perspectives of information, knowledge and resources study. It aimed at making people full understand knowledge economy and its characteristics and tapping its latent power.
