Elementary Exploration into Career Women's Role Health

职业女性在社会生活中占据着特殊的地位,她们的状况预示着妇女发展的未来,甚至影响整个社会的发展。本文尝试从职业女性研究的背景出发,用社会学的视角,从传统社会化模式、转型期价值冲突、社会交换、社会发展成本转嫁等几个方面剖析职业女性角色的缺失原因。

Career women play a special role in the contemporary social life. Their conditions predict the future development of women and even will have an effect on the development of the whole society. Based on the research on career women, this article analyzes sociologically the reasons why career women have lost their roles in the aspects of traditional socialization mode, value conflict of transitional period, social exchange, social development and cost transfer.
