摘要
随着经济一体化、全球化的推进和我国经济的快速发展,我国企业对外并购的现象将越来越多。在企业并购过程中,员工安排策略正确与否,对并购的成败起着至关重要的作用。通过对联想集团并购IBM个人电脑事业部之员工安排策略的分析,对在企业并购过程中员工安排策略的问题进行探讨。
With promotion of economic integration and globalization and rapid development of economy in China, more and more enterprises are purchasing foreign enterprises. In the purchasing, the arrangement of employee is vital to the successful purchase. Analyzed the arrangement of employee in Lenono' s purchasing IBM, probed into the arrangement of employee in purchasing.
