大功率LD泵浦被动调Q Nd:YVO_4/KTP倍频绿光激光器的研究 被引量:1

摘要 LD泵浦的全固态调Q绿光激光器具有高峰值功率、高平均功率、高脉冲能量、光束质量好、体积小、寿命长等特点,在材料加工、医疗、光谱和空间通讯中具有重要意义。本文用KTP晶体进行腔内和腔外倍频,得到532 nm高重复频率、高峰值功率的绿光输出。泵浦功率为15.3 W时,平均输出功率达到了684 mW;腔内倍频的准连续绿光的峰值功率最高达到3.08 kW。最后对腔内倍频实现高峰值功率输出的原因做了简要的探讨。 Passively Q-switched Nd:YVO4/KTP frequency doubling laser pumped by high-power laser-diode laser has much advangtage, such as high peak power ,high average power, high pulse energy etc. We study the frequency doubling through in cavity and out-cavity, and abtain that output-pulse frequency is 532 nm through out cavity double frequency , average output power is 684 roW, and peak power is 3. 08 kW.
