机械合金化Fe_(40)Co_(40)Si_(20)纳米晶固溶体

摘要 为研究Fe基软磁材料的机械合金化制备,采用行星式球磨机制备了Fe-Co-Si三元系合金,利用X射线衍射仪研究了合金化过程中的相变行为,计算了晶粒尺寸及微观应变。结果表明,经36 h球磨可形成-αFe纳米晶固溶体,晶粒尺寸可达18 nm,微观应变随球磨时间先增加后减小。 In this paper, the Fe-based soft magnetic materials synthesized by mechanical alloying was studied. The ternary Fe40 Co40 Si20 alloy powder was obtained in the planetary mill. XRD has been used to study the phase transformation , grain size and micro-strain. The result showed that α-Fe nanocrystalline solid solution would be achieved after ball milling for 36h. Grain size of the powder was up to 20nm. Microstrain. increased with the increase of milling time at first and then decreased.
