摘要
作者应用推位力螺钉加角度螺钉治疗腰椎滑脱症１６例，其中峡部崩裂７例，退行性变５例，创伤性４例，滑脱等级Ⅰ°７例，Ⅱ°６例，Ⅲ°３例。全部病例均伴有腰痛或腰腿痛。术后经３～３２个月（平均１８个月）的随访，除１例矫正过度外，其余均改善滑移等级Ⅰ°以上。腰痛或腰腿痛症状均获明显改善，１２例症状、体征完全消失。Ｘ线片示：椎体间及侧后方植骨隔合满意。全组无马尾及神经根损伤。作者认为本方法具有：结构简单，操作方便；最少的内固定节段；三维空间多重矫正力；内固定牢靠等优点。
Altogether 16 patients with isthmic (7 cases), degenerative (5 cases) and post traumatic (4 cases) of spondylolisthesis were treated with a reduction fixation system of both pushing pulling and angled pedicle screws. The group consisted of I degree in 7 cases, Ⅱ degree in 6 and Ⅲ degree in 3 cases. The patients had low back pain and (or) leg pain. The follow up period varied in 3￣32 months (average 18). The postoperative degrees were improved except one and symptoms disappeared in 12 cases. X ray demonstrated a satisfactory evidence of bone fusion. No injure of nerve root and cauda equina was found in 16 cases. The new system proves superior over conventional took and sub lamina wire, and other segmental spinal pedicle screw instrmentation systems.
