摘要
报道β-内酰胺类抗生素-头孢泊肟酯4位侧链中间体1-碘乙基异丙基碳酸酯的合成步骤,应用参数设计技术对1-氯乙基氯甲酸酯和1-氯乙基异丙基碳酸酯制备的工艺参数进行优化,收率分别达到58.6%和70%,均超过文献值,且简化了工艺,缩短了反应时间,易于工业化生产。
The synthesis steps of 1 iodoethyl isopropyl carbonate were reported. 1 Iodoethyl isopropyl carbonat is an intermedicate at the 4th position side chain of cefpodoxime Proxetil one of antibiotics of B lactams. A parameter design method was applied to select the optimum synthesis condtitons. 58.6% and 70% yields superior to the reported values for 1 iodoethyl chloroformate and 1 iodoethyl isopropyl carbonate were obtained respectively, and the process was also simplified and the reaction time reduced. It is easier to industrialize then.
