摘要
探讨球面对称设计法在优化药剂设计中的应用，将该法用于氨茶碱控释微丸的研究，结果发现该方法简便、易行，优化结果与实验值相近。
The application of spherical symmetric design in pharmaceutics was studied. The micropellets of aminophylline with ethylcellulose as carrier were prepared with spherical symmetric design. The result suggested that the method of spherical symmetric design is simple and accurate.
