构建福建沿海地区民营企业融资的金融服务体系研究

Analysis of the Private Enterprise′s Financing Question and Finance Service in Fujian Foreland

民营企业是福建省国民经济的重要组成部分,但现行的金融服务体系却不能适应民营经济发展需要。通过对福建沿海地区民营企业实地调研和民营企业融资障碍的理论分析,提出以下几个方面化解民营企业金融服务问题:建立多层次、全方位的直接融资市场;重视民间金融组织;创新商业银行信贷间接融资业务和完善中介、担保与信用体系等措施来改善福建省沿海地区民营企业金融生态环境。

Private enterprises play an important ~ of fujian economics. However Private enterprises do not adapt to the fi- nance service system. According to the survey report and our own questionnaire materials, Basing on the theory of finance, This article give a few plausible advice to solve finance of Private enterprises： setting up all-side direct finance of capital markets; taking a gave of private finance; consummating credit, agency and ensuring system for the Private enterprises; reforming credit and loan business In order to improver the financial ecology of the Private enterprises.
