从开放性视角探讨高师院校课程体系的改革问题

On Curriculum System Reformation in Teachers Colleges and Universities from an Open Angle

摘要 基础教育课程改革要求高师院校从未来教师专业发展的需要和未来教师的学生的发展需要出发,考察课程体系改革问题;高师院校应从教师专业发展的终身性和全面性两方面考察课程体系改革问题;培养模式多样化是解决教师职业所需广博知识与培养过程有限课时的矛盾的有效途径;设置多样化形式开放和内容开放的课程是课程体系改革的正确思路。 The curriculum reformation should be considered with a view to the need of the future teacher development and the future students. One of the effective methods, to solve the contradiction between extensive knowledge that a teacher needs and limited time in colleges and universities, is to form various training models. The correct thinking of curriculum system reformation is to offer a variety of courses with both the form and contents opened.
