HGF在胎儿生长受限胎盘中的表达及其意义

Expression of hepatocyte growth factor in placenta of FGR.

目的检测胎儿生长受限(FGR)的胎盘组织肝细胞生长因子(HGF)的表达,探讨其与FGR的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测15例晚期正常妊娠胎盘和15例FGR胎盘HGF的表达。结果FGR组胎盘中HGF染色强度明显高于正常妊娠组(P<0.01)。结论FGR胎盘HGF的高表达可能是子宫胎盘血流减少导致绒毛滋养细胞增殖的结果。

Objective ： To investigate the expression of hepatocyte growth factor （HGF） in placenta from normal pregnancy and fetal growth restriction （FGR）, and to explore its relationship with FGR. Methods： Immunohistochemistry was used to determine the location and intensity of HGF staining in placenta from 15 eases of normal pregnancy and 15 eases of FGR. Results： HGF expression intensity was significantly higher in FGR group than that of control group （33.64 ±7.59vs14. 25 ±2. 98 ; P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： This result suggests that the increase of HGF expression intensity in placenta of FGR may be associated with excessive proliferation of villous trophoblast in response to reduced uteroplacental blood flow.
