二维超声用于中晚孕期胎儿五官观察及颜面成像的探讨

Probe on the formation of image fetal ficial and the five sense organs at second-trithmer gestational ages with 2D-Ulerasonographic.

目的利用二维超声观察胎儿五官的发育情况，并了解胎儿颜面的大体轮廓。方法使用二维彩色超声诊断仪对216例胎龄在20—40w的胎儿五官轮廓及面部骨骼的细致观察，并适时利用羊水与抬头转动的瞬间成像，通过仪器的回放功能而获得胎儿的颜面成像；结果216例中可获得颜面成像者74例（34．3％）；可清楚显示胎儿五官及面部骨骼发育状况者177例（82％）；发现胎儿颜面发育异常3例（1．4％）。结论二维超声用于中晚孕期胎儿颜面成像，在适量羊水的条件下是可行的；对观察胎儿五官形态则更是准确、方便、经济实用的诊断方法。

Objective： Make use of 2D - ultrasonographic to observe facial＇s organs and to find out facial feature of fetal. Methods ： Observe ficial organs and skeleton of 216 cases fetal at 20 -40 week gestational ages with 2D color ultrasonographic, make use of in a twinkling formation of image of fetal head move in the amniontic fluid, than obtain fetal facial formation of image and it similar three - dimensinal image. Results： In 216 cases fetal at 20 -40 week 74 cases formation of image （34. 3% ） had obtained facial; have 177 cases （82%） fetal the five sense organs and facial skeleton had observed , had check up 3 cases with fetal facial malformations （ 1.4% ）. Conclusion： 2D - Ultrasonographic is feasible in formation of image of fetal facial at 20 -40 week gestational ages, but must have suitable amniotic fluid. Prenatal ultrasonographic evaluation of the fetal face is a reliable and accurete diagnosetic methods.
